Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you asking the question on HCM.
I have reviewed your son history. It is in favor of Upper Respiratory Tract infection your son may be having the infection of pharynx or the Tonsils.
I would have advised
1.Gargling with mouth wash like chlorhexidine
2.Oral Antibiotics
3.Oral Analgesics and Antipyretics.
Nothing to worry your son will recover soon. please feel free to ask the query.
Thank you
