General Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to HCM
Greetings of the day
If there is development of new symptoms or increase in area of numbness that will call for surgical intervention. If your symptoms have remained stable and have not worsened then conservative treatment with physiotherapy is advisable, Proper posture and weight reduction if over weight are important.

Homeopath Dr. Mungara Raveendra's  Response
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of LEFT SIDED SCIATICA due to LUMBAR SPONDYOLOSIS; degenerative changes in the lumbaosacral spine may produce compression on the sciatic nerve and produce your complaints.

treatment option;

Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints along with management
1.MANAGEMENT ;

-Proper nutrition with calcium rich foods would prevent or delay bone degeneration.
-Exercise is an ingredient which is usually neglected, which sways the body metabolism into proper balance and is of prime importance.
-Obesity causes a constant weight on the lower back and contributes to this condition and should be kept under check.
-Lifestyle modification should be done
-Proper posture with good ergonomics at the work place and home are essential.
-While lifting heavy weights care needs to be observed.

2.TREATMENT;

Homeopathy has a very promising role in the treatment of lumbar spondylosis. The long term results of homeopathy are very encouraging. Homoeopathic treatment of lumbar spondylosis is dependant upon an important factor i.e. amounts of degenerative changes that have taken place in the bones and the disk. In other words the extent of damage to your spine will determine the speed at which your problem gets cured and also to what extent you get cured.

consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your complaints.

I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
