Why Is My Throat Swollen After Being Treated For Pharyngitis?

hello my name is rachel and about two weeks ago i had a throat problem infection called pharyngitis . after that went away my old doctor gave me medicine i was allgeric to and it made my throat swollen again . as after that my throat is still hurting and i cant swallow or eat solids i dont know what to do

dear Rachel, if you developed allergic reaction to a medicine first of all you just stop that medicine. you should simple take an antiallergic medicine and simple pain killer. it will get better in day or two.
