Why Is My Toe Numb?

Hi, I am 31 yrs old, 147cm and 47kg. My recent blood test result show everything is normal. My third toe on my left leg has been constantly numbed for 2 weeks. I don't feel any pain, just numb. I have been given muscle relaxant and various vitamins, but still no improvement. Can you tell me what is happening to me? Thanks.
