Why Is My Tongue Swollen Yellow And Has A Red Patch In Middle?

Hi I have a sore yellow tongue with a red patch in the middle which I believe is called geographical tongue with the lines it has in the middle, I also believe it to have caused bacterial cystitis can you give me any mire information on this or what it may be from etc? And is it serious?

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have sore yellowish tongue , red patch on middle of tongue it can be due to Geographic tongue or Depapillation of Papilla is there you do is take Medicine For that ,
Take One Capsule Vitamin B COMPLEX twice daily for 5days
Do proper cleaning of tongue
Do chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily
Avoid Spicy hot food for few days
If your problem continues then consult dentist and go for investigations done
