Why Is My Upper Neck Hurting And Moving Down My Arm?

Hi I have been having a fever and a flu for a few days already. My fever is gone but i have a bad case of phlegm and cough. Yesterday i lost all sense of taste and smell and i never had this happen to me. My upper left neck has started hurting and i cant move my neck, and last night that neck pain has started moving down my left arm. The pain is excruciating and it hurts even more now especially if i cough. Whats happening? Is this normal? I'm currently by my self going through all this and now am a bit scared.
