Why Is My Voice Going Hoarse?
I have been having problems with my voice going hoarse for a couple of months but it has been off and on. About three weeks ago it went hoarse completely and I have trouble speaking. The last couple of days my chest has been getting tight and when I talk I get breathless.

hoarseness of voice for more than a week needs laryngeal examination with indirect laryngoscope mirror or endo larynx examination with the endoscope by ENT surgeon.
u have to rule out infectious and other causes like polyp , vocal nodules or any other proliferative growth ( Tumor )
pls don't neglect
