The problem may not necessarily be on your side. Female factor or a combined male and female factor may be in place. And tuberculosis need not lead to infertility. Your sperm and semen parameters can be pretty good in spite of a history of tuberculosis. Therefore I suggest that you (couple) have a thorough infertility work up at a well equipped infertility center, where they will obtain your complete health, medical, sexual and other history, order necessary tests and arrive at possible causes for your continued infertility.

Today there are a number of treatment options available for even the most difficult cases of infertility.
