Why Is One Side Of My Vainal Lips Numb With Severe Abdominal Cramps?

For the past few days the right side of my vaginal lips have temporarily gone numb and I have severe abdominal cramps. My husband and I have been having sex a lot so maybe that s causing the numbness?? However I also got an iud in the past month so maybe that could be apart of it.
