Why Is The Diastolic Very High And Systolic Mildly High Even While On Blood Pressure Medicines ?

I have been taking my blood pressure for a couple days and my diastolic is very high but, systolic is on the mild high, I have taken 3 reading within 10min and pretty consistent 146/106, pulse 90



Should I be concerned? go to ER? i am already on blood pressure medication and fighting pneomonia. feel very ill today
