Dear sir i can understand your concerns in my opinion you are alright. i would like to explain you some points about normal physiology of blood sugar control in our body. The first point i need you to know is blood sugars are dynamic. once we take food blood sugars will go up to 140 mg/dl and it will slowly falling after that usually after 4-5 hrs after taking food sugar will drop below 100mg/dl But in some pathological conditions like insulin resistance the sugars will not come down below 100 mg/dl even after overnight fasting. due to this insulin resistance there will be excess production of insulin after taking food which might lead to a condition called reactive hypoglycemia. in reactive hypoglycemia sugars will fall down very much making patient to experience giddiness and shewering insulin resistance will be there individuals having excess abdominal obesity with bmi more than 25. hope this explains regards
