Why Is The Fluid Blister And Redness Still Persist On My Toe After An Ingrown Nail Removal Despite Soaking In Epsom Salts And Taking Cephalexin?

Toe had ingrown nail, podiatrist took it out, but the bottom of the toe has a fluid blister. I’ve been told to soak in epsom salts and i’ve done this for months. No change. Cephalexin 3x/day @500mg for 10 days helped some, but the fluid and redness are still there on the bottom of the toe.
