Why Is The Head Of My Penis Red?
The area around the head of penis is red, and I believe is also peeling. My doctor just gave me foot cream and left me in the dark. How many times a day do I apply it? I am uncircumcised. Do I have my foreskin pull packed the whole time or not? Some guidance would be useful. Thank you!

Generally seen in the cases of Phimosis ( difficulty in pulling forsaking back).
generally you should clean the area with warm water and apply twice at least - morning and while going to bed.
If this things are repeating - your doctor may ask for a circumcision.
