Good Day
Firstly he is obese by BMI 43. He is in high risk for heart problems apart from the Diabetes he has. Do get an ECG done. He needs to cut down his weight by daily exercise and proper balanced diet rich in fresh fruits and green vegetables. Avoid the junk food like colas, chips, fried food, alcohol, smoking. All these have a very bad effect on the heart and can cause palpitations of the heart. Regarding Anxiety issues, he needs to visit the Psychiatrist who will give proper treatment for this condition.
