Why Is The Inside Of My Bottom Lip Red?

Hello the inside of my bottom lip is red. And my tongue kindof of burns ..I kiss a my new boyfriend yesterday that says he drinks like these large amount of water all day and he just got finish with chemo. And I also have a half a tooth in front of my mouth that being push out by a double tooth

As you are mentioning that you have a half tooth in front, it looks that this tooth is causing trauma to your lower lip which is causing this redness of lip.
It can also be possible that some kind of allergy has occurred because of which your tongue has become red.
Better you should visit a good dentist get all the lesions examined and also get your front tooth treated, as it will solve the problem.
