Why Is The Suture For An Ankle Surgery Not Healing?

I had surgery for an ankle fracture 3 months ago my incision won't heal the cultured it's mesa low temp 96.5 I am either soaked wet from sweating or freezeing...I can,t sleep..I am on bacterium how long does this go on for and how do I know if it's in the bone
