Why Is The Vagina Puffy?

I went to the dr last week for begining to feel some teinges of a yeast infection beginning I took the pill dyflucan on tues, haven't had sex untill today. But still kinda feel like my vagina is still a lil more "puffy?" Then usual. Also I have been noticing for a while months maybe a pinkish discharge on and off when I pee and what looks like some kinda of clumpy discharge sandy maybe skin tissue looking discharge that has sunk to the bottom of the toilet or on the tp. No abnormal odor present.. what is goin on with my vagina.
