Why Is There Pain And Swelling With Clotted Blood In Vaginal Area?

Hello I was hoping that I can get some help I used a cleaned cucumber as a sexual toy.3 days later I have much swelling, pain when I urinate pain, and pressure throughout the entire vaginal area. I also noticed some clotting blood from the vaginal area. I'm in pain I can barely stand up. What go I do. Shall I go see a physician ? I am 23 yes of age overall very healthy
