Why Is There A Round Dent Between My Spine And My Right Scapula?

I recently found a round dent between my spine and my right scapula. I had never felt it before in my back and there’s no pain in that certain area. Just to mention, I was in a car accident 6 months ago & Drs said I had no so serious injuries just a sprained ligament in my left shoulder and a herniated disk in my neck area.
