CECT Abdomen report showing filling defect in Caecum needs to be explored further by your doctor, due to persistence of symptoms. Have you had endoscopy?

There are many reasons for lower abdominal pain with normal test results. One of the possibility is irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). IBS is diagnosis of exclusion after all other causes have been ruled out (which means endoscopy should be normal as well)
