Why Is There No Semen While Masturbating?

Gud Morning Doctor. When I mastubate the semen is not coming out of my penis for the past 1 week or so. I am 36 years old. I had small stones in both kidney. So I consultated urologist and he gave medicine 1 week before. He gave a syrup named ALKASTON. I am taking that daily. From that day I didnt see semen coming out of my penis during mastubating. Please let me know. Thanks Bala

Hello
Thanks for query.
You are not ejaculation on masturbating since one week.

You have been prescribed drugs for kidney stone .Have you been prescribed Tomsulosin.? which is commonly prescribed by Drs for smooth passage of stones down into bladder.

Tomsulosin has side effect of retrograde ejaculation meaning thereby that semen enters in to bladder instead of moving forward in to urethra.

Please check from your Physician whether you have been prescribed Tomsulosin .

You will regain ejaculation once you stop taking this medication .
