Why Is There Swelling In Vagina After Intercourse?

Hello- Around 2 weeks ago I had sex and I bled a little bit. I felt this was strange because this was not the first time I had sex. Immediately following the sexual intercourse my vagina swelled up, completely closed within minutes. After waiting for a week I went and got antibiotics i've seen no improvement in the swelling and white clumpy discharge is still coming out.
