Why Is There Swelling On My Neck And Soreness Under My Chin ?

I am a 40 year old male and had noticed some soarness under my chin over the past day or so. Now I have a swelling on the right side of my neck just at and under the jawline. It is soar and is visable. Could you tell me possible causes? Also, I have had sinus issues for the past month, presumabley related to allergies, and maybe that s related to this?

That swelling is the sub mandibular lymphadenitis. So there must be any infection in oropharynx and that could be spread to middle ear. consult to your ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
