Why Isn't My Follicle Growing Even After 10 Days Of Cycle?

I am 24 years old. I have irregular period. My follicle study is going on. I have taken fertyl super from 2nd to 6th day of my period. And now i am taking progynova. But even after 10th day of my cycle, my follicle is not growing. is it possible not to grow follicle on the 10th day of cycle.
