Why Making Snorting Sound With Tension In Eyes While Recovering From Depression?

My brother was suffering from intense depression since previous 12-13years . Medication was done regularly . NOw very seldom he need medicine to sleep peacefully . He has gained little confidence , but at times we found him making HOO-HOO snorting with lsome tension in eyes . Please suggest .

In chronic depression, he needs holistic approach. Along with antidepressant, you have to work on his life style modification and personality assessment. That would help him to come out of depression and improve confidence level. Better to consult a psychologist for that. Psychologist would help her to improve his work.
