Montek lc is a combination of montelukast and levocetirizine.Your symptoms clinically points to allergic rhinitis, with elevated immunoglobulin E.Montelukast is a Leukotriene receptor antagonist.Leukotrienes are responsible for inflammatory response in allergic reactions. So by blocking the action of this mediator the symptoms like sneezing can be controlled.
