Why My Arm,legs And Hands Are Shaking During Pregnancy?

I am 10 weeks pregnant, getting g plenty of fluids, eating all meals plus snacks, and when I get up and do things like cleaning, shopping, mail g dinner for the kids, I get uncontrollable shaking in my arms, hands, and legs. It makes it hard to do things. What is wrong?
