Why My Back Is Full Of Rashes?

I just want to know what are those tiny black specks like pepper grains. I found those in my sheets, underwear, my back is full of rashes. I am not having hallucinations, I am very normal person, but there is some kind of bug, that nobody seems to know what it is.
