Why My Big Toe Has Become Numb?

My big toe has recently become numb. Not the entire toe but the right side on my left toe. I had a infection where the end of the toe nail meets skin which I drained the puss from myself and clipped the nail to prevent it happening again. It has been numb for about a week or so, I have also had lightheaded ness and am becoming worried. Any advice?:(

consult your family doctor for physical examination,to rule out,
1-diabetic neuropathy,
2-radiculopathy,
3-peripheral vascular disease,
get blood & urine test for sugar,
are you taking any other medicines for other disease,
wait ,you would be alright,
