Why My Body Rashes Not Going After Taking Prednisone And Benadryl?

I was taking amox-clav 875 mg 1 tablet every 12 hours for 6 days and got a severe reaction.....covered all over with a rash. They took me off that. Then they put me on prednisone 2 tablets 20 mg each once a day plus 2 tablets 25 mg each of benadryl every 4 hours. It's been 30 hours still have the rash....no better and I'm feeling tingling/pulsating under my chin and just feeling a little weird. Is that normal. I'm only suppose to be taking it for 5 days.
