OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you should do a blood prolactin level as high prolactin level in blood can lead to fluid secretion from breast. Also, I would advise a thyroid profile test to rule out hypothyroidism. If breast secretion doesn't reduce with medicine, an ultrasound examination of both breasts may be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
