Why My Breasts Are Swollen With White Cloudy Discharge?

Hello,I'm 34 yrs old,I had a tuballigation in 04, my breast have been swollen,very sensitive,and i noticed today are leaking the white cloudy, could you please help me figure out what's going on? I'm suppose to be starting my period tonight into tomorrow,I am very regular,and know when exactly I will begin. Thank you

Hi,

I think that there may be hormonal irregularities in your body. Hence, I would suggest a thyroid profile test and a prolactin test done as early as possible. Also, an ultrasound examination of both breast needs to be done to rule out other causes. Start a antibiotics course cefixime 200 mg two times for 5 days.
