i have no spots showing up or anything else they are just really itchy!!!! im just a little worried

You have not mentioned your sex,I think you are a girl.
This may be due to hormonal changes taking place in your body and in your breasts too.
This is the reason you feel Itching feeling.
If you have new bra or tight bra,this can also give allergy.
