Why My Cycle Has Gone Up To 40 Days?

Hi.. I have PCOd problem and i used medicines for about 4 months and periods were regular for 6 months and last month suddenly my cycle has gone upto 40 days...and i consulted my doctor...my 12 th day report says L.O follicle is 13 X 10 mm size and endometrium is 6mm size.iam worrying about pregnancy and yet to have children.
