Why My Heart Beats Are Loud?

I m 18 yrs old guy,my weight is 51 kg and height 5, 5 inch.I am not taking any medicine till now. i ve a problem related to heart that is happening to me from 3 months that my heartbeats are very loud but it is not painful that i can here bymyself from which i can t concentrate in my studies .I also go to the hospital and there they put on my left side a device which is caled a ecg ,which should be put for 24 hrs and report are also normal but still i feel same condition what should i do now?

I think this is psychological problems. You have increased awareness of your own heart beat rather than loud heart. You need to convince yourself that things are fine and try to ignore the problem. Listening to our heart is not indicative of any heart illness. so probably you should learn to ignore it.
