Why My Heart Would Just Randomly Slow Down ?

So for past week my heart would just randomly slow down a bit but the go right back to normal I mean this has happened before but lately it s happened more than usual and tonight I just got done having a fight with my parents and my heart sped up really fast then slowed pretty quick then went back to normal all in about a 5-10 minute rage.. What s wrong with me?

Well come to HCM
Cardiac function is very complicated one, if something goes wrong with it in sense of electro-physiologically then it start manifesting accordingly and then this would be medical emergency and what is going wrong with rhythm of heart this can only be known with EKG and EHO study, what ever symptoms you have stated here could be nonspecific and not related with heart, but could be mostly due to anxiety and depression, stop worrying, at the most to rule cardiac disease better get done EKG and EHO, hope this helps, take care.
