Why My Inner Upper Eyelids Are Red, Itchy And Swollen?

I have two red, itchy hives on both of my inner upper eye lids. This morning both upper eye lids were very swollen, but have gone down, but are still itchy. It does not look like a stye, nor do I have any symptoms of conjunctivitis. Do you know what this is?

It is most probably blepharitis.clean your eye lid with sterile gauge. Apply neo sporing eye ointment on lid margin. Take levocetrizine tablet 5mg two times daily. can take anti biotic eye drop like Cipro .3%two times daily.
