Why My Mouth Is Sore And Tongue Is Burning?
Hi there, a couple days ago i notice a tingle on my mouth and tongue and now my mouth is dry, my tongue is burning and has little cuts on it and it is paler then it normally is. The roof of my mouth also feels very sore, but i havn t eaten anything spicy nor have I burned my tongue on any hot surface or eaten anything then I normally eat. In my opinion
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Syp mucaingel , Multi Vitamin syp , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C tab. You will be fine .
Blood investigation needed CBC.
