Why My Nail Cuticles Turned Orange With Rashes On My Arms?

I am a 39 year old, 135 pound female on antibiotics (sulfameth/trimethoprim 800/160 tabs)for a sinus infection. Started on June 1 & stopped last night after discovering my nails, cuticles (and now hands/feet) turned orange. I also have two rash-like areas on my arms. And, lucky me, I have my period. However, this is day 6 AND I normally stop flowing by day 5. I have an appointment with my doctor at 3:45pm this afternoon, but I m concerned with what this is. Any advice for me to bring up with my doc?
