Hello,
It is my pleasure to help you,
STI and HIV are transmitted by unprotected sex, As you had sex with a unknown woman without any protection definitely you are at risk of acquiring the infection.
It was evident as you had acquired gonorrhea, which is one of the most common Sexually transmitted infection.
Regarding your HIV status most people will develop antibodies within 2-8 weeks.
But, there is a chance that some people will take longer to develop antibodies. So, you may need multiple tests to ensure you were not infected.
If you got an HIV test within the first three months after possible exposure, you should get another test after three months in case the first test occurred during your window period.
Majority of people will develop antibodies in the first three months following the time of their infection.
