Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregularities in pap smear can be anything in precancerous lesions of cervix. These lesions need to be evaluated over time to see whether it has progressed or regressed, so that further appropriate treatment can be done.
Pregnancy alters the condition of the cervix and can alter the result of the pap smear. That is why you are advised to avoid getting pregnant till 6 months.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
