Why Suffering From Constant Headaches And Tingling In Eyes When All Reports Are Normal?

Hi, I am a 59 old woman. Since a week ago I am suffering like headaches and tingling eye lid on one side. I am always healthy. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I have my right weight according to my height (5 6), and weight (155 pounds). According to my annual tests, I have No cholesterol,trigeserios, diabetis, or high blood pressure, I would like to know if I am having any symptons of something serious.
