Why The UID Is Showing In X-ray Report?

Hi doctor, I am Sasikala 30yrs old. I had my 1st UID removed in June 2012 and inserted another new one on the same day. In Nov 2013 I removed the UID which I inserted in June 2012. I did not get pregnant for the past 5 months. When I took a Follicular scan on 7th May 2014, the person said there is a UID refl and I immediately went for an Xray which also shows that the presence of UID. I was shocked to hear this. My doctor removed them and showed to me, how come then the UID refl in the reports
