Why The Colour Underneath My Penis Is Different?

hello, I have a question about a change in the color underneath my penis,I m a Caucasian male and the color underneath my penis is a brownish red color and is smoother than the rest of the skin on my penis. it s in the shape of a triangle almost from the bottom of the head down the shaft towards the genitals. should i worry about this?
