Please advise as I feel a little bit uncomfortable and imbalanced with this. My husband says I also talk louder now because of this situation.

You may have a problem in your ear itself. The "heartbeat" you hear in your ear is your own being amplified. You should have an examination of your ear by a doctor to look inside and check the problem. You may just have wax blocking your ear drum which is easily treated and is not at all harmful to your pregnancy or related to the baby. If you have a pregnancy doctor they may be able to look in your ear as well if they have the right instrument.

I hope this advice was helpful and that you feel better! Best of luck with your pregnancy.
