Why The Food Pushes Around A Bubble After Eating Anything?

Hi there, last night i choked on a bit of apple pie i got so scared and panicky that i believe food went down but not a massive buble it feels like in the lower throat..what is this? I can skull coke and have been but when go eat it feels like food pushes around a bubble so i dont eat??

Such cases of difficulty in swallowing should be investigated for causes like pharyngeal pouch,esophageal spasms,mechanical obstruction to swallow like cysts/ tumors,gastro esophageal reflux disease.First investigation to do will be endoscopic evaluation.
