Why The Left Side Of The Body Is Not Working Properly?

hello sir my dad has a problem which occures suddenly a yesterday they got a High BP and left side of the dad is not working properly means the hand have more problem than foot and everything is normal means CT Scan report is normal BP is under control 134/80 so i want the perfect solution that my dad have properly working left side and waht time it takes to recover
