Why The Left Temple Is Painful And Tender To Touch?

Im a 24 year old female, I've been pretty tired for a week now. Last month I was in the er I had a very high pulse and chest pain. Ct and blood work came back fine though my pulse never went below 95 even while sleeping. I was told that I probably just had a naturally high heart rate. Today its been inbetween 95 and 130 (as it was in the er)but my left temple is very painful and tender to the touch. I don't have a headache, should I be concerned?
