Why The Pain In My Leg Has Returned?

I am 6'1", 200lbs, 39 years old. i have recently been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency. I have been experiencing severe leg pain in my right leg for three months. It improved when i was receiving weekly injections, but now that they are monthly, the pain has begun to return. Any advice?
