Why The Penis Shaft Is Black And Blue In Colour?

I was having sex Friday night with my wife and I believe I have ruptured a vein in the penis shaft as my what was white penis is black and blue except for the head,I have no pain and no bleeding what so ever should I wait a couple days to see if the color returns to my white skin?

This may not be vascular injury "rupture of vein" because you do not have any pain, the change of color could be nonspecific, may not be due to any injury or disease, it is better to wait for some time and watch for any changes, and symptoms, if something wrong happens then this need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care.
